Vacaville’s Imagine That! offers three packages for special occasions. Whether it’s a birthday,  a friend’s get together or a science learning day, we have the space for you. We also have a classroom available any time.

Package 1:

Room Rental $200 and includes: 2 hours of the private party room along with access to the exhibit room and art room. 10 Kids included in price, each additional child is $5. You bring your own food, drink and theme.

Package 2:

Room Rental Plus Food – $298 plus tax and includes: 2 hours of the private party room along with access to the exhibit room and art room. 10 Kids included in price, each additional child is $5. Food includes 2 Large one topping pizzas and drinks (Honest Kids and bottled water) Tablecloths, plates, forks and napkins included. Cakes not supplied.

Package 3:

Private After Hours Party $500 and includes: 2 hours of complete private access to the entire facility. You bring your own food, drink and theme. Contact us for a price for us to provide food and drink or if you want the facility for longer than 2 hours.

Package Add ons:

• Private Art Experience for a 1/2 hour – $65. Price is for 10 kids. Each additional child is $3 plus tax. In this experience, one of our staff will guide your children step-by-step throughout the process of replicating one of the samples we have provided. (Or possibly an idea of their choosing!) Each participant will go home with a painting they can be proud of.

• Live Private Science Show for 1/2 hour – $75

Science show descriptions:

Choose one of the following science shows to make. your birthday party experience unique!

Elephant’s Toothpaste– This show talks about rapid decomposition of oxygen due to a catalyst (yeast + hydrogen peroxide + dish soap) to make a foam that looks like “elephant’s toothpaste.

Non-Newtonian liquids/slime show– In this we discuss what makes a non-Newtonian liquid, see a few examples of them including oobleck, and make two 2-ounce containers of slime with the kids that they get to take home.

Bath Bombs- This  demonstration allows children to see what an endothermic reaction is  (The combination of citric acid, baking soda and water creates a bubbly substance that feels cold.) and make bath bombs to take home.
